Terms of service
The basis on which we provide as-built documentation and drawing work.

Scope of work
Each project is defined by the quote we issue and you accept. The quote sets out the drawings, scales, formats and fee for the agreed scope.
Fees and payment
Fees are fixed for the agreed scope. Additional work beyond that scope is quoted separately before it starts. Payment terms are set out on the quote and invoice, and confirmed before any work begins.
Delivery and revisions
Drawings are checked before issue. One revision against the recorded measurements is included; further changes are quoted separately and tracked with a revision reference.
Access and safety
You are responsible for arranging safe access to the areas to be documented, and for making us aware of any known hazards on site.
Liability
MeasuredPlan provides measured building drawings and CAD documentation, not licensed land or boundary surveys. Drawings record existing conditions as measured and are not a substitute for a licensed survey where one is required.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
